Amadou Ba is a lawyer, member of the opposition party Pastef Les Patriotes and the cabinet of its leader Ousmane Sonko.

The member of the Pastef Party, Amadou Ba, was referred for “dissemination of the medical report” according to his lawyer, Me Ciré Cledor Ly.
Mr. Ba’s arrest took place on the night of Saturday to Sunday October 27 in front of the premises of Sen TV, where he had participated in a program, before being placed in police custody in the premises of the Section de Recherche pf Colobane.
Member of the cabinet of opposition leader Ousmane Sonko, Amadou Ba is also a member of the board of the Pastef party, Les Patriotes, which was dissolved on July 31.
